We strive to provide excellent customer service and a quality product.  If you are dissatisfied with your service or product, please ask to speak to a manager while present or contact us immediately at 440.858.6397 for a resolution.  We will not provide a cash refund or credit.  You may receive an e-gift card or replacement product at no charge depending on the situation.  Please contact us directly to resolve any issues. In lobby operations:  We offer cold pierogi to go.  If you'd like to enjoy a pastry and beverage from The Bakery on the Square, there is cozy dining available in their lobby.

All orders must be prepaid or your order will not be in the rotation for production.  We have had too many no shows/no pick ups for reserved pierogi that has not been paid for and have had to tell walk ins that we are sold out.  We will not make your pierogi and have you no show.  It will no longer be tolerated.

We change our pierogi variety daily and weekly.  Please follow our FB page for posts with updated specials and hours.
